Your trust is the core of AkhonJabo. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
- Account & profile: name, phone, email, profession, organization, photo.
- Verification: identity documents, driving license, vehicle papers.
- Location: pickup/drop coordinates and route paths you save.
- Trip data: matches, ride requests, chat messages, live GPS during a trip.
Privacy by design
Before a partnership is accepted, other users see only your name, photo, profession, organization, route summary, verification badges, and rating. Phone and email are unlocked only after both sides accept a partnership.
How we use data
To match you with reliable partners, keep trips safe, process subscriptions, and improve the service.
Sharing
We share data with your matched partners as described above, with law enforcement when legally required, and with payment providers for wallet transactions.
Retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Trip logs are retained for safety and dispute resolution.
Your controls
You can update, download, or delete your profile from Settings. Cancelling a partnership immediately revokes shared contact visibility.
