Subscriptions
You can cancel any monthly plan at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; the current cycle remains active until it ends.
Partnership cancellation
Cancelling a partnership within 24 hours of activation is eligible for a full pro-rated refund on any subscription paid for that partnership.
Wallet top-ups
Unused wallet balance is refundable on account closure, minus any payment processor fees.
How to request
Open a ticket categorised as Payment Issue in the Support Center. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
