1. Accounts
You must provide accurate personal, professional, and vehicle information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
2. Nature of the Service
AkhonJabo matches people who share the same daily route. We are a technology platform — not a transportation carrier. Trips are performed by users under their own responsibility.
3. Verification
Riders must complete identity, vehicle, and driving-license verification. False information may result in permanent removal.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Monthly commute plans are billed for the selected route. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
5. Conduct
Harassment, unsafe driving, hidden fees, or discrimination lead to suspension. Our Community Guidelines and Safety Policy apply.
6. Liability
AkhonJabo is not liable for trip-time incidents caused by users. Users are responsible for their vehicles, insurance, and behavior.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
